Return Policy

1.About Cancellation

We accept order cancellation before the product is shipped or manufactured. If you need to cancel an order, please contact us (e-mail: Ninkear.Service@gmail.com) and you will receive a full refund after the order is canceled. We cannot cancel an order if the product has already been shipped.

2.About Returns

(2.1) Returns for product quality problems

Measures you need to take

Please check your parcel within 7 natural days after you receive the parcel whether there are damaged, lost, wrong and other items, if there are, please provide your order number, parcel damaged, lost, wrong items of the photos or videos within 7 natural days, contact us (e-mail: Ninkear.Service@gmail.com).

How to return an item

Pack your item(s) and attach a packing list or instructions which should include the order name, phone number, e-mail address and order number (if any). Write down the reason for your return. Then contact us(e-mail: Ninkear.Service@gmail.com) for the return address and choose a local courier for the return.(Note: Please do not return it in the name of your company and the value of the package is declared, it can not be more than $150).

Who pays the return shipping fee

If your product arrives damaged, or sent to you in error, please contact us as soon as possible(e-mail: Ninkear.Service@gmail.com), we will reply to your e-mail within 24 hours, we will provide further explanation and cover the return shipping cost.

Refund amount

We will make a full refund according to the amount you paid for the order, usually, we will make the refund for you within 3 working days after we receive the returned package, we will notify you by email after the refund is made, due to the working hours of local financial institutions or banks, there may be a delay in the arrival of the payment for 1-3 working days.

(2.2) About No Reason Return

If you are not satisfied with or do not like the product after receiving the package, but the product itself has no quality problems, you can still choose to return the product, but you must ensure that the returned goods to maintain the original quality and functionality, the appearance of the goods intact, the goods themselves and accessories on the trademarks and all kinds of signs are complete and intact, such as free gifts need to be returned together. If the goods appear man-made damage, lack of boxes, lack of spare parts, etc., will not be returned to deal with.

3.About Exchange

What problems can be exchanged

1. The product you purchased is damaged after 7 natural days of signing for it, but the time of signing for it is not more than 30 natural days (damage not caused by human factors)

How to exchange

Within 3 working days after we receive the parcel, we will arrange for a new parcel to be sent and notify you via email.

Who pays the shipping cost for exchanges

We will cover all shipping costs for exchanges due to the above reasons.


Note: For customized products or orders, returns and exchanges are not supported, only repairs.


4.About Warranty
We provide 2 years warranty service, within 2 years after you sign for the purchase of goods, if there is damage or performance failure caused by non-human factors, we will provide you with free repair services or bear the repair costs. Transportation costs incurred during the repair process will be borne by us.

Note: Please back up your personal data in advance before sending it for repair or shipping it for repair. The repair process may result in the loss of your personal data, and Ninkear is not responsible for any damage or loss of personal data during the repair process.

Non-Free Returns and Warranty

The following cases are not covered by free return and warranty:

1. exceeding the warranty expiration date;

2. damage caused by not using, maintaining or storing the product in accordance with the product instruction manual;

3. Damage caused by disassembly by maintenance personnel during the non-warranty period;

4, no valid warranty certificate and valid delivery note (can prove that the goods in the validity of the three packages except);

5. Unauthorized alteration of the warranty voucher;

6. The product model or number on the warranty certificate does not match the goods in kind;

7. Damage caused by the use of pirated software;

8. Damage caused by virus infection in the process of use;

9. No factory name, factory address, production date, product certification;

10. Damage caused by man-made reasons;

11. Damage caused by force majeure factors;

12, beyond the normal conditions of use, forced use caused by product failure or damage;

13, other non-product design, manufacturing, quality and other issues caused by failure and damage.

In the case of the above, the user has to pay for the maintenance costs.
