Ninkear's attempt to enter android tablets using the example of an inexpensive tablet. It's a good move, because such tablets buy well. Well, we just wondered if Ninkear would also be able to show itself well on new products for them. Well, we will say in advance that the tablet turned out to be good, but with certain limitations, due to its budget. In general, this is another crib for content consumption, with a good screen, a really comfortable shape and size. The only questions are about performance: a simple processor will not allow you to play powerful games. Well, for everything else, the performance will be more than enough.

Packaging & Picking

The tablet comes in a simple box, which also shows that the device is very budget-friendly. But in fact, the box will go to the trash, so everything is ok.

The kit consists of the tablet itself, instructions in Russian, a warranty card, a Type-C cord and a charger.

The bundled charger is labeled XSEG-0503000AEUU and outputs up to 15W.

The maximum that can be obtained from this charger is 5V at 3A. On the one hand, it is not enough, and on the other hand, it is clear that more is not required here. Inside the tablet there is a 6000mAh battery, and the tablet itself does not support fast charging. And often such chargers are included in the kit just to have it, especially in budget solutions. And sometimes they don't put it at all. So it's good that there is exercise.

As for the paperwork, there is nothing particularly interesting here. Among the important points, it is worth noting the standard 1-year warranty within the Russian Federation and the availability of local service centers. This is actually a very useful advantage of Ninkear products.

Ninkear TB10A Tablet Design

Now let's take a look at the tablet. And the first thing that catches the eyes are the pleasant light blue, almost cornflower blue color of the case. And the second thing is that the tablet is very thin. And the third, of course, is the aspect ratio.

If you look at it in more detail, then, as they say, you meet by your clothes. And here we have nice aluminum in the case and a large camera washer on the back of the tablet.

The camera itself, unfortunately, is not of very high quality. This is a common issue with most tablets, especially budget devices like this one. So, the camera setup here is more for appearance and basic use than for serious photography. I’ll talk more about the actual camera performance a little later.

If you look at the right side, you can see the power and volume buttons here. Moreover, they are located at the bottom, which at first makes you confused. But then you realize that this arrangement is very convenient (when used in portrait mode).

At the top end there are two speakers (and there are four of them in total).

There are no elements on the left end, just a smooth end.

On the bottom there are 2 more speakers, a type_C port and a microSD slot.

By the way, the ability to install a MicroSD card is now becoming a real advantage. More and more manufacturers are removing this feature, forcing buyers to pay extra for devices with larger storage capacities.

As for the assembly, there are no complaints at all. Good materials and pleasant to the touch.

UI

Does the tablet run on almost "pure" Android 15? without any add-ons or other additions. As it happens with more phone and tablet manufacturers. But everything you need is here. Well, the interface itself works smoothly and quickly enough.

Performance and Hardware

The tablet is powered by the octa-core Allwinner A733 processor. This chip is not designed to break performance records, but rather to handle everyday tasks smoothly and efficiently. It features two high-performance Cortex-A76 cores clocked at up to 2.0 GHz, along with six power-efficient Cortex-A55 cores running at up to 1.79 GHz. Graphics processing is handled by the PowerVR B-Series BXM-4-64 GPU.

Below, we will show screenshots from Device Info HW, which provide a detailed look at everything inside the tablet.

The tablet comes with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of internal storage, of which a little more than 110 GB is available to the user. For web browsing, YouTube, messaging apps, reading, watching movies, and light gaming, this is more than enough. However, it should not be considered a replacement for a full-fledged laptop. Tablets like this are better suited for comfortable everyday use without demanding hardware requirements.

In my experience, the tablet handled internet browsing, video playback, social media, and other daily tasks quite well. The interface runs smoothly overall, although at times you can feel that the performance headroom is somewhat limited.

The display is also quite good for its category. It features an IPS panel with a resolution of 2800 × 1840 pixels and a diagonal size of around 10.9 inches. The 13.7:9 aspect ratio feels convenient both for watching videos and for reading websites or documents. Pixel density is high, so the image appears sharp and detailed, without noticeable graininess.

We tested the screen sensitivity and checked for any dead zones. Everything works properly, including support for up to 10 simultaneous touch points.

We would also like to highlight the presence of Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5. The connection is stable, and wireless headphones and other accessories pair without any issues.

Heat and stability

The processor stress test showed the expected results for a tablet in this category. A slight level of throttling is present, but there are no significant performance drops. Under sustained load, performance remains at around 92–94% of its maximum, which is quite normal for this type of device.

At the same time, the body becomes warm under load, especially during long stress tests or gaming sessions, but no critical overheating issues were observed during real use. For watching videos, browsing, chatting, and general tasks, the performance headroom is more than sufficient.

Benchmarks

Below, we ran benchmark tests, and the results are shown in the screenshots.

Autonomy

A 6000 mAh battery is responsible for power. It all depends on the brightness of the screen and the use case: YouTube, the browser and reading consume battery much slower than games or a long load.

Cameras

Cameras here are more like "to be". The main module is 8 MP, the front is 5 MP. For artistic shooting or beautiful shots, the tablet is definitely not suitable. Examples from the main camera below

And this is the front camera. Enough for video calls, but not for a glamorous selfie. And yes, depending on the lighting, the camera can produce from a relatively clear picture to frank soap。

But if you look at it realistically, the quality is quite sufficient for video calls. Taking photos of a receipt, QR code, document, or printed text is also not a problem. That’s about it, though. I would not expect anything more from the cameras on a device like this. And if you really need a good camera on a tablet, you should expect to multiply your budget by at least four or five times—although even then, there will still be some compromises.

onclusion

Ninkear’s attempt to enter the Android tablet segment turns out to be quite successful, in my opinion. Yes, this is clearly not a flagship device and it is not meant to impress with raw performance or replace a laptop. But if you look at it realistically, considering its price and category, there is not much to complain about.

The main advantage of the TB10A is its usage format. It is light, thin, with a pleasant display and convenient dimensions. It is easy to take with you, place next to the sofa, watch YouTube, read news, browse the internet, chat in instant messengers, or quickly search for information. In these scenarios, it feels very appropriate.

Of course, the budget nature of the device is noticeable. The processor is modest, so heavy gaming is not really its purpose. The interface occasionally reminds you that you are not using a high-end tablet, but for everyday tasks such as content consumption, movies, browsing, social media, and messaging, the performance is more than enough.

It is also great for simple use cases like playing videos from your favorite creators in the background while cooking. In such scenarios, the screen really stands out—it is genuinely good for this price range.

In addition, the microSD support is a useful feature, allowing you to store movies, music, and other media easily. It would have been nice to also have a standard headphone jack, which would make it even better as a media device. Still, the build quality is solid, and the tablet runs a near-stock version of Android without unnecessary pre-installed apps or intrusive software.

Overall, it is a very capable “bedside” tablet that does not require top-tier hardware, where the most important element is the display—and here it performs well. This is exactly the role such tablets are usually bought for, and the Ninkear TB10A handles it quite well.
